100 Park Lane, London
Although it does not look it here, this magnificent Grade II listed building located within Mayfair’s conservation area is once again about to be returned to private tenancy, after the previous commercial leaseholders sold their interest in the property back to the owners Grosvenor Ltd, the Duke of Westminster’s property company in 2006. Walter Lilly Ltd, the building contractors appointed by the new owner, have recently instructed N.E.J. Stevenson to furnish a number of rooms with furniture of the highest standard. The contract should see construction of some of the interiors starting as soon as May 2010.
