The Company has recently taken part in a national incentive with the ‘i-could’ team to produce a series of mini-films aimed at engaging school leavers, and providing them with ideas for a range of stimulating career choices that are so often so overlooked. The scheme provided NEJS with an ideal ‘vehicle’ for generating interest in the art of cabinet making, an area that Neil Stevenson has so often championed, having appreciated that without the right opportunities to develop his skills in cabinet making the Company wouldn’t now be employing 25 people. Consequently when ‘I-could’ approached NEJS Neil and his co-directors were only too pleased to provide their support.
Several of the staff video’s can be seen via their own personal CV’s within the ‘Our People’ element of the NEJS website, specifically Dean Watson, Nathan Batchelor and Richard Davis whose film is currently being used as a ‘flagship’ film for the ‘i-could’ promotion.
