News
As you will have no doubt seen in previous newsletters, we are always happy and very willing to provide CPD events when asked. And so it was a great pleasure to be invited to do just that by one of the UK's foremost construction specialists, Walter Lilly.
Walter Lilly & Company Limited has a commitment to deliver excellence throughout its operations which not only means recruiting the best talents, it means keeping them at the top of their game. They continue to invest both time and money into their staff training programmes, so much so that internal research by the firm identified that 97% of staff were satisfied with the courses and scored the course content highly, of which 17% felt more confident to support others.
CPD's by their very nature are not processes that can be taken lightly. They require a serious commitment from the developer in order to provide precisely the right kind of training delegates need, and in a room of a dozen or so people that's not easy. So when we were approached by the management team at Walter Lilly, clearly they had the faith in us to deliver what was required for their frontline staff.
"Neil Stevenson delivered an excellent series of CPD events for us. All of the Walter Lilly staff who attended have been highly complimentary about both the content and Neil's unique and engaging delivery style. I highly commend Stevenson's CPD events." Andrew Crispin - Walter Lilly & Company Limited.
If you would like us to deliver a CPD event which can be tailored for your needs, please email neil@nejstevenson.co.uk with your enquiry.
