As we approach June we prepare to mark the start of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations. This event was the catalyst for generating a large financial donation for QEST and its support of traditional craftsmen and women throughout the country, from whisky distiller John Walker & Sons.
Well we are delighted to say that following discussions between Diageo and Harrods, the world famous Knightsbridge department store, Harrods have kindly agreed to put their support firmly behind the scheme.
As contributors to the scheme we were delighted to see their support and even managed to help dress the Harrods window when we were asked to provide elements of wooden bunting. If you can't get down to Knightsbridge to see the window display yourself you can see just how they've decided to generate further public interest by viewing the PDF here.
