Dean began his career in furniture as an apprentice cabinetmaker. He qualified through City & Guilds and NVQ's, and went on to study at Buckinghamshire University, where he achieved a BA Honours Degree in furniture design and craftsmanship before joining the company in June 2005.
Dean's practical furniture skills add greatly to his ability to design workable solutions to meet the client brief and to manage the complicated logistics of larger projects, such as the new Library at Stoke Rochford Hall which can be seen in the Galleries section of the website.
